We currently deliver only within Greater London.

Processing Times

  • Orders are prepared within 2–3 working days.

  • Bespoke / made-to-order items have longer lead times (1–4 weeks, as stated on each product page).

Delivery Method & Timeframes

  • Courier delivery (no postal shipping).

  • Typical delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If a delay is expected, we’ll email you right away.

Delivery Fees

  • Flat delivery fee within Greater London: £5 per order.

  • Free delivery for orders over £40.

  • Delivery fee is included at checkout, and you’ll see the final rate before you confirm your order.

Payment

  • Payment can be made online by card at checkout or in cash upon delivery.

  • No prepayment is required if paying on delivery.

Important Notes

  • For bespoke / made-to-order items, the lead time shown on the product page applies to each item in your basket.

  • If the courier cannot complete delivery due to an incorrect address or no answer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
